  The 3RA24 contactor assemblies for star-delta (wye-delta) starting in sizes S00 to S3 can be ordered as follows:

  • Fully wired and tested, with electrical and mechanical interlock
  • All individual parts for customer assembly, see "Accessories and Spare Parts" → "for SIRIUS 3RT2 Contactors and SIRIUS 3RH2 Contactor Relays".

  The 3RA24 contactor assemblies for star-delta (wye-delta) starting have screw or spring-type terminals and are suitable for screw fastening or snapping onto TH 35 standard mounting rails.

  A base plate is also available for the size S2 and S3 assemblies.

  A dead interval of 50 ms on reversing is already integrated in the 3RA28 function module for star-delta (wye-delta) starting.

  With the fully wired and tested 3RA24 contactor assemblies for star-delta (wye-delta) starting, the auxiliary contacts included in the basic units are unassigned.

  The 3RA24 contactor assemblies for star-delta (wye-delta) starting are designed for standard applications.

  Surge suppression

  Surge suppression (varistor) is included in the function modules for star-delta (wye-delta) starting.

  Motor protection

  For motor protection, 3RU2 or 3RB3 overload relays for contactor mounting or stand-alone installation (see “Protection Equipment"), SIMOCODE pro 3UF7 motor management and control devices (see "Monitoring and Control Devices") or 3RN thermistor motor protection evaluation units (see "Monitoring and Control Devices" → "Relays") must be used.

  The overload relay can be either mounted onto the line contactor or separately fitted. It must be set to 0.58 times the rated motor current.

  SIRIUS 3RA28 function module for star-delta (wye-delta) starting

  The 3RA2816-0EW20 function module replaces the complete wiring in the control circuit and can be used in the voltage range from 24 to 240 V AC/DC. It is snapped onto the front of the contactor assembly for star-delta (wye-delta) starting, size S00, S0, S2 or S3.

  One function module comprises a complete module kit:

  • Basic module with integrated control logic and time setting
  • Two coupling modules with corresponding connecting cables

  The scope of supply thus comprises a complete module kit for one contactor assembly for star-delta (wye-delta) starting size S00, S0, S2 or S3, regardless of the connection method.

  Data of the control circuit:

  • Wide voltage range 24 to 240 V AC/DC
  • Time setting range 0.5 to 60 s (3 selectable settings)
  • Dead interval of 50 ms, non-adjustable

  Контакторная сборка для пуска "звезда-треугольник"  для тяжелых условий пуска для разгона двигателей работающих в специальных условиях заказываются отдельно. Помощь в подборе такого оборудования предоставляется службой технической поддержки компании Siemens.

  Для получения быстрого и полного ответа от данной службы Вам необходимо сообщить следующие данные:

  • Номинальный ток
  • Время и условия работы 
  • Пусковой ток
  • Время разгона
  • Температура окружающей среды.

  Сборка 3RA24 "звезда-треугольник" может заказываьбся согласно следующему:

  Типоразмеры S00 и S0:

  • Полностью собранные и протестированные на заводе.
  • Как отдельные части для самостоятельной сборки.

  Задержка при переключении  со звезды на треугольник равна 50 мс.

  Сборка 3RA24 имеет винтовые или пружиннве зажимы и устанавливается на стандартную рейку TH 35..

  Ограничитель перенапряжений

  Типоразме S00 и S0:

  Ограничитель перенапряжений встроен в функциональный модуль сборки.

  Функциональный модуль для сборки "звезда-треугольник"

  Функциональные модули  3RA28 16-0EW20 для сборок звезда треугольник заменяют собой проводники в цепи управления и предназначены для напряжения управления в диапазоне от 24 до 240В AC/DC. Функциональные модули монтируются на контактор типоразмеров S00 и S0 с фронтальной стороны.

  Сборка содержит три функциональных модуля:

  • Один основной модуль 3RA29 12-0 со встроенной логикой управления и временными уставками,
  • Два модуля расширения 3RA29 11-0 со встроенными соединительными плоскими кабелями.

  Цепь управления

  • Временной диапазон от 0.5 сек. до 60 сек. (3 выбираемых диапазона)
  • Широкий диапазон управляющего напряжения  - от 24 В до  240 В AC/DC
  • Интервал переключения со звезды на треугольник - 50 мс (не регулируется).

  Защита двигателя

  Реле перегрузки или термисторное реле может использоваться для защиты от перегрузки.

  Компоненты для самостоятельной сборки

  Контакторы, реле перегрузки, функциональные модули для сборок звезда-треугольник , блокировки должны заказываться отдельно.

  Набор шин соединения для типоразмеров S00 и S0 содержат верхнюю и нижнюю части для соединения контакторов, т.е. сверху соединение между линейным контактором и контактором треугольника и снизу между контактором треугольника и звезды.
